Lovely Holland Lops for sale in Tracy, California

cute holland lop baby for sale in Tracy CA

broken orange Holland Lop baby girl

I think this is cute.

In fact, I think this is super cute.

This precious Holland Lop baby was born in Tracy, California, at a rabbitry called Floppy Lop Bunnies.  I had the privilege of putting together a website for Linda at Floppy Lop Bunnies, and based on my experience with her, I’d definitely recommend buying from her rabbitry if you’re looking for a Holland Lop for sale in the Tracy/Manteca area.

Linda was enthusiastic and patient as we worked on her website, and I know she has the same interest and gentleness when it comes to caring for her bunnies.  She and her husband enlist the help of their four granddaughters to handle their babies as they grow, ensuring that they will be friendly pets.  You can visit her website and check out her Holland Lops for sale by visiting this link or clicking the screenshot below.

And, if I may say so, I kinda like how the website turned out, too.  Don’t you?

Web Design for Rabbit Clubs

November 27, 2013

Just finished this website design for the Heartland Polish Rabbit Club.  Although it’s based in Indiana, the HPRC is a regional club, so members can — and do — join from all over the country.  They put out a bi-monthly newsletter, hold an elaborate sweepstakes tournament, and host several Polish specialty shows.  They’re even hosting the Polish National show next spring!  If you’re a fan of “the Little Aristocrat,” the Polish, you should check out this organization.

They wanted a website design that was new and different.  So this is what we came up with (screenshot below).  What do you think?

Does your rabbitry or rabbit club need a website?  Let us know and see how we can help!

Rusty Sun Rabbitry has Lionhead and Holland Lop rabbits for sale as pets or for show or for 4-H projects.  Located in Washington State.

Rusty Sun Rabbitry — isn’t that a cool name?  Felicity from Washington gave me the chance to help her design a website for her rabbitry, and I love it when I get a creative theme to work with.  She has Holland Lops and Lionheads available.  If you’re in pacific northwest and looking for bunnies that have been well cared for, I’d recommend her rabbitry without hesitation.  Check it out by clicking the screenshot below.

English and German Angora Rabbits plus Fiber for Sale in Flordia

February 24, 2013

It’s a lot of fun to build websites for rabbit breeders. As I dialogue with customers about their interests and as I get to see all their wonderful photos, it feels like I get a taste of their lives.  This time, I got wool in my mouth.

C&J Angoras is a rabbitry in north central Florida where Cindy and Jean raise beautiful wooled bunnies.  If you have a weakness for gazing at photos of  lovely silky bunnies, you’ll have lots of fun on their website!  Cindy harvests the wool from their English and German Angoras and dyes and/or spins it to produce yarn.  If you’d like to try your hand at knitting or spinning Angora, they offer skeins or raw fiber for sale right on their website.  Click the screenshot below to virtually visit this Florida rabbitry:

Rabbits in Washington State – Rabbitry with Lionhead Bunnies for Sale

Pine Forest Rabbitry – Rabbits in Elk, Washington  Click the Screenshot below to visit!

Rabbits in Washington State

When you’re looking to buy a new bunny as a pet or show animal, there are three main things you should consider:

1. Its appearance.  If it’s a show rabbit, it should conform to the standard.  If it’s a pet, you want it to be cute, right?

2. Its temperament.  You should buy from a rabbitry where the owner handles their bunnies regularly and is careful to select for temperament.

3. Its health.  Obvious one, right?

If you’re in Washington state and looking for a bunny that is of good quality, has a great temperament, and is in good condition, I would recommend Pine Forest Rabbitry without question.   I had the pleasure of creating a new theme to help Darcey spruce up her site (if you’ll pardon the pun).  Through getting to know her, I am convinced of her commitment to taking excellent care of her beloved lionheads.  Click on the screenshot above to visit her website to see what she has available, and feel free to ask her any questions.  Like every reputable breeder, I know she’d be happy to answer them.  If you want a sneak peek, here are a couple of her rabbits:

Project Wrap Up – Website Designs

August 12, 2012

It’s always nice to finish one project and move on to the next.  I’ve been able to wrap up a number of website designs lately.  I’ve got a long post scheduled for tomorrow about “How to be happy with your convention rabbit purchase,” but for now, let me introduce you…

Holland Lops in Minnesota

Check out Lops on the Lake, owned by Nicola near Rochester, MN.  The “lake” in question is Pepin, mentioned in the Laura Ingalls Wilder books, and also the widest naturally occurring spot on the Mississippi river.

National Silver Rabbit Club

The NSRC was the first website I did for someone besides myself, back seven years ago now.  This summer it got a new look; it’s best yet if I may state an opinion!

Hollands, Fuzzies, Polish — Oh my!

Meadowbrook Rabbitry in Colorado got a makeover.  She also recently got some Polish, Lionlops, Hedgehogs, and (primarily because of the hedgehogs) a USDA license.  Wow, busy!

Hey, woah — a Leopard?  Is that Legal?

That was my first reaction when I was asked to redo the Enchanted Kits website.  Don’t worry though; they aren’t leopards — only leopard-spotted domestics.  Let me introduce you to some Aristocats:

Are you looking for a pet hedgehog for sale in Colorado?

Buy baby hedgehog north of Denver
I’d encourage you to check out Hedgehog Lane – a cute name for a loving breeder of these funny critters! I’ve been helping Evelyn develop a website for her African pygmy Hedgies and it has been fun learning about these interesting animals. Did you know that there are over 10 species of hedgehogs native to Africa and Europe, but the domestic pets we keep are probably a mix of a number of species? Did you know that it’s true: these funny critters can roll into a tight ball when they feel threatened? Did you know that they have super good hearing and are even able to hear in the ultrasonic range? (Hey! I wonder if that’s how Sonic the video game hedgie got his name!) I didn’t know these cool facts till I started working on her site. That’s why website building is so fun; you get a taste of different lives!
Did you know that baby ones – called hoglets – look like this???

This is an adult:

It’s completely legal to own a hedgehog in Colorado and in most states, so if you’re intrigued by these funny fellows, visit the website below to learn more about them and see if you’d like to try your hand at ownership. From what Evelyn says, you’ll be highly rewarded! She has a number of babies and adults for sale as pets and breeding stock.

Find a Rabbit Breeder in Michigan

March 31, 2012

If you haven’t seen it already, I have a very cool website to share with you:  The MRBC.  (Molty Ragged Bunnies Clique?)  No.

Find a rabbit breeder with bunnies for sale in Michigan

The Michigan Rabbit Breeders Connection brings free exposure to rabbit and cavy breeders, clubs, and businesses in the Great Lakes state.  If you are looking for a rabbit for sale in Michigan, this is the place to go.  Listings are categorized by breed name to make it easy to find the kind of bunny you want.  Although the MRBC can’t guarantee that your experience with these breeders will be positive, its operator Briana strives to maintain quality and integrity in the rabbitries that are listed.  In her words, “Only listings for rabbitries that are trying to better their breeds will be posted!”

Besides, isn’t the site wrapped in such an attractive layout and color scheme?    I’m definitely offering Briana a round of applause for this effort.

Submitting your link to a breeder’s directory, such as the MRBC or the Nature Trail, is a very effective way to bring it more exposure.  I spend quite a bit of time looking at rabbit website stats and can tell you that directories are often the biggest sources of incoming traffic for rabbitry websites.

In closing, thanks to Grace of Happy Farm Bunnies for the sweet picture below:
