Hi Bill,

Here's my very simple plan for a hutch; though you may have already seen it: http://rabbitsmarties.com/2011/04/outdoor-hutch-rabbit-care/

I also thought this site had some helpful instructions. http://monsterguide.net/how-to-build-a-rabbit-hutch

Hello,

Has your rabbit molted most of the way, but won't finish out? I would suggest adding calf manna to the feed. The more and faster you need the bunny to molt, the more calf manna you should add. A friend of mine recently put up a post about how it worked in her rabbitry: http://4kingsrabbitry.blogspot.com/2012/01/molty-to-gorgeous-in-3-weeks.html

Once your rabbit has reached show condition, cut the high energy feeds so it will hold it.

Hello!
I have been raising rabbits for some time now, but I am also the rabbit leader of our local 4H club! Your products look very nice, and I would be interested in them for myself, as well as selling them at local rabbit shows and to the local 4H groups. Our Cavy group my also be interested in something. Please let me know how I would go about doing that!

I agree with you, whichever one makes better babies but personally I would rather have a balanced rabbit that takes 2nd all the time than one with a major fault. :-) Great post, can't wait to see more.

Haha, well I stand corrected then! But do you want to venture a guess as to how many 2nd-5ths he had to suffer to get those legs?

Nice post Ellyn! Actually Rocky had 7 legs, it only took him a 3 year show career to earn them!! He never once molted, or was out of condition... he was one of a kind.
